As per my experience

First we can’t get in the web without IP Add right? Hmmm, but I guess domains are not dependent on IP ADDRESSESS. Domains are dependent on name servers from web hosting companies in which these companies have their own IPs/name servers/servers. IP add or internet protocol address is needed mostly or highly examined for pay per click advertising and also for those internet banking companies just like PayPal (and other sensitive internet businesses for security reasons). But for paid blogging and blog domains, I guess what counts are the blog updates, traffics, and sometimes the page ranks (which advertisers will pay higher for those high pr blogs – as we all know already, OR, advertisers will pay higher for those blogs w/high traffic or high Alexa ranks, Or other paid blogging companies don’t care whether our blogs have both traffic or ranks for all they care are the permanent back links to their advertisers). For back linking, so far, companies which are into back link business, they are not also particular with IP address of a domain or any name server or where this domain is being hosted. As per my experience, back link companies are particular with page ranks. They are not even particular if there are some clicks because they are paying for the back links with or without clicks/visits. Not like the pay per click advertising like adsense, adbrite, bidvertisers and other PPC companies wherein these companies are particular with IP addresses because they are paying for the clicks/visits from true consumers/visitors. With paid blogging and blog domains, it doesn’t matter if these domains are hosted in one company or different companies since paid blogging is based on per article bases.

Well, I am not an expert. This is just what I understand as per my experience!
